The Friedel Family Foundation provides financial support for research development through Joshua Bible College's School of Neurotheology.

One initiative in development is The Social Media Dilemma: Who's in Control?

This proposed study examines how adults perceive and manage their use of social media, including questions involving attention, behavioral habits, and personal control.

The research aims to improve understanding of how individuals interact with digital environments and make decisions about their online behavior.

Project Status: Research preparation and ethics review. Participant recruitment has not begun.

TREATMENT-RESISTANT PTSD RESEARCH

Exploring New Approaches to Understanding and Treating PTSD

The Friedel Family Foundation is in the planning stages of a research initiative focused on treatment-resistant Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The proposed research will explore brain function, psychological and neurological factors, and potential approaches to improving outcomes for individuals who continue to experience significant symptoms despite conventional treatment.

Our goal is to support responsible scientific investigation that may contribute to a better understanding of PTSD and inform future approaches to care.
